We stayed in this hotel for one night before we started Adi Kailash yatra. The check in was smooth, staff very hospitable. The rooms had a balcony with Mountain View and were fairly spacious. The food at the restaurant for dinner and buffet bf was decent. The wifi worked fine and we had a good stay.

Most memorable Time spent here. Although our stay was very small for two days only A beautiful location and spacious Hotel . Vikas ji and Kamal were very hospitable. I had a hurt on my finger and the Hotel owner Vikas ji was very prompt in offering me a band-aid to me . Over all a very comfortable stay and because the hotel is located in a beautiful place in Bhimtal .It's easier for the travelers to reach there with no problem.

Visited this place in december. Rooms are well maintained and clean with beautiful valley view from balcony. Property is situated away from the hastle of city. Car parking is also available unlike other hotels of nainital . Manager and other staff are well behaved they also arranged bonfire and music for us.

It was a busy weekend in peak season in Nainital and no room was available in any hotel therefore we moved to Bhimtal hoping to get the rooms there. All online portals were showing "sold out". While roaming hotel to hotel we entered in "Sapphire Inn" and encountered with the words 'sorry, no rooms' but at the same time looking at our exhausted faces and murmur let's go back, Mr. Bisht at reception offered a cup of tea to entire family and given us access to hotel WiFi as our mobile network was not working to search hotel online. His another colleague Mr. Kundan Singh was busy in taking to nearby hoteliers to provide us two rooms. On getting clue he took us in his own car to nearby hotel and got us rooms after negotiating hard. A unique experience of hospitality, courtesy and co-operation without any expectations. Mr. Bisht who is a specially able person not having his right arm and Mr. Kundan Singh did everything for us what could have been done for us. My entire is indebted to them for their humanity and kindness.
